Recharge credits
Use the account recharge page to create a NowPayments invoice.
Payment gateway
We use NowPayments for our payment gateway. Cryptomus is coming soon, and we are working on integrating more.
- We do not log payment transactions.
- Payments made through NowPayments use a randomly generated code that is deleted once payment is complete, so your crypto wallet can't be tied to the profile.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case. Partial refunds may be offered, and any refund issued will deduct fees incurred on our end.
Direct Crypto Deposits
We offer direct manual deposits for additional privacy. To start, please contact us with your desired amount and cryptocurrency.
You can email us through a temporary email service that is not linked to your account. We also do not need KYC or KYB documents.
Direct deposit requests may take up to 24 hours and we only accept Monero.
